1.The size of working area: Due to the circular sieve, sieve surface area of rotary vibrating screen will directly affect screening yield. Larger screening area can improve screening efficiency. Therefore the size of working area is one of the key factors of selecting vibrating screen. 

2.Material characteristics: including liquidity, shape and size of materials. 

3.Texture of material: Due to different screening material, the vibration sieve materials have different options. For example, it’s usually selecting 304 stainless steel materials if screening food, salt, sugar, etc. If screening chemical or metallurgy materials, users can select Q235 material. On the one hand it can reduce cost, on the other hand it doesn’t affect real use. 

4. Screen mesh can be divided into stainless steel and carbon steel.

Reasons Why Material Accumulation Occurs in Vibrating Screen

We have heard from our customer that there exists material accumulation in vibration screen. What reasons lead to this kind of problem? Here engineers from PK Machinery will analyze it from 4 aspects as follows. 

1. Whether mesh number of vibration screen is ok. If mesh is small, it will reduce material screening rate. 

 

2. Whether vibrating screen placed on the ground is steady. Otherwise it will make material accumulate on the one side. 

3. Whether the outlet and screen mesh are in the same level. In general, they should be in the same level. 

4. Whether angle of vibration motor is proper. If not, it also can result the material accumulate. The small the angle, the quick the material is spreading, vice versa. Generally, angle of vibration motor is 45°when it is delivered from factory. Also, users can adjust the angle to 100°according to real requirements to make material move to screen center.

2.It can get vibration weight G(kg) and work out needed vibration force Fm(N) based on structure of vibration machine. 

3.It can work out the Fm according to the real vibrating frequency, then users can get vibration motor type. What should be noticed is that exciting force FH of motor must be larger than Fm. 

4.Please design the whole structure and calculate the real vibrating parameters. After reconfirmed, if users think the vibration motor type is not proper, a new type should be selected.

Particle size of material, shape, water content, bulk density and other similar characters all called physical property of materials.
