Select Proper Vibration Motor for Vibrating Machinery

It is known that vibration motor has wide application, and it is matched with vibration feeder or vibrating screen generally. Due to its great significant function, know how to choose the most appropriate type is very important. Here PK Machinery will talk about the selection steps as follows: 

1.Based on the requirements, please make sure of the needed frequency (r/min) and amplitude (mm). For example, six vibration motor could drive vibration feeder, vibrating screen and other vibrating machinery. 

2.It can get vibration weight G(kg) and work out needed vibration force Fm(N) based on structure of vibration machine. 

3.It can work out the Fm according to the real vibrating frequency, then users can get vibration motor type. What should be noticed is that exciting force FH of motor must be larger than Fm. 

4.Please design the whole structure and calculate the real vibrating parameters. After reconfirmed, if users think the vibration motor type is not proper, a new type should be selected.
