What Should We Notice When Operate the Rotary Valve

Please pay attention to the following operation notes,hope it is helpful for you:

1.If motor is overheat when start up,please stop and inspect it, in order not to affect normal operation of the reducer.

2.Reducer must be operated as per the operating manual and the rotating direction must rotate according to the arrow direction as shown.

3.If powder leakage phenomenon occurs on the shaft, please tighten the packing gland bolts at both ends.

4.During operation , check bearing heating circumstance, general bearing temperature rising shall not be over 60 ℃.

5.During operation, if abnormal vibration occurs, please stop the machine and eliminate the abnormal phenomenon.

6.If there is bolt looseness in the process of operation, please tighten the bolt.
