Necessity of Installing Hopper on Conveying and Screening Equipment

Generally, it’s better to choose hopper as connection device, because it can not only reserve material, but also reduce the impact force to screen mesh when feeding material so that can prolong the lifespan of device. 

For instance, one of our customer ordered inclined screw conveyor, due to its small capacity and it is needed to feed material directly, so our engineers suggest that it’s better to lay out one set hopper on screw conveyor. In this way can it not only reserve material to make screw conveyor work continuously, but also increase the working efficiency.
