1.It must inspect whether all fastening bolts are loose or not before operating YA circular vibrating screen.

2.It should be 4-6 hours for non-load running to make sure that screen boday keeps smooth. And the temperature of vibrator bearing is no more than 75℃.

3.It must tighten all bolts again after having non-load running.

4.Make sure that circular vibrating screen runs normal, it’s better to inspect fixture condition of the bolts regularly.

5.Inspect wearing parts frequently and change the worn or inelastic damping springs in time. The djustment, application and maintenance of vibration source should refer to vibration source specification.

6.After having stopped feeding materials and ensured all the materials are discharged, operator can turn off the machine.
