1. In order to ensure feed materials uniformly and prevent materials flow automatically, the vibrating feeder should be installed horizontally. If feeding ordinary materials, users can install the feeder declined 10 degree; declined 15 degree is alright if dealt with viscous material or larger water content materials.

2. There should be 20mm moving clearance after installing vibrating feeder. Suspension device should adopt flexible connections.

3. Please tighten all bolts before commissioning with non-load, especially the vibration motor bolt. It’s better to tighten the bolts again after 3-5 hours of continuous operation.

4. When making a commissioning, two vibration motors must rotate reversely. Inspect the stability of current and noise, please stop it if there is abnormal situation.

5. Please add lubricating grease to motor bearings every 2 months. During hot season, every month should be added.

Do you really know vibrating screen damper? It is used to limit circular vibrating screen to move lateral. You might confuse that does vibrating screen have lateral move? Theoretically it doesn’t have, but it is proved that there exists this kind of situation, the reasons are as follows:

1.Uneven distribution screening materials: If the material distributes unevenly, it will result screen box in a uneven loading condition, so there will be shock deviation in the horizontal direction.

2.Installation deviation. Circular vibrating screen needs to be installed horizontally. But during the installation process, it will inevitably be installation errors.

3.Stress error of vibration spring. We all know that measuring standard of vibration spring is just a reference value. So it is inevitable that vibration springs have stress error.


Screen box appears lateral deviation shock will generate great damage, thus if not promptly treated, it can affect the circular vibrating screen normal working.

How to avoid this situation? Here PK Machinery introduces a key component of circular vibrating sieve, that is damper.

As it is shown, the damper consists of adjustment bolts, flanges, spring base, springs, rubber base and rubber. When the screen box appears lateral deviation shock, its inside spring will generate a reverse thrust to screen box, and thus to limit screen box to move lateral and avoid the occurrence of lateral deviation.

New Dust Removal Method of Vibrating Screen

The majority of dust removal method in our country is bag filter technology. Its advantage is high working efficiency, but it has large investment. To solve this kind of problem, we have developed a new dust removal method of vibrating screen. It has advantages of high efficiency, lower investment cost, longer service life, etc. 

 

The new dust removal method includes two times dust extraction. First time to remove dust is that based the equipment on vibrating screen, then the collected dust will directly come within the vibrating screen. The secondary is to put the dust removal equipment beside the vibrating screen and remove dust separately. 

Primary dust removal: the supported type vibrating screen should be sealed, and layout one dust filter on the vibrating screen. Set efficient dust filter bag in the stream of dust filter to filter the dusted air, then dust will come within vibrating screen. 

Secondary dust removal: seal the supported type vibrating screen and primary dust connector, and open a hole on the sealer, then lead dust air spilled out from vibrating screen into secondary dust removal device by pipe. Set efficient dust filter bag in the stream of dust filter to filter the dusted air, then dust will be discharged separately.

Notes Before Commissioning of Linear vibrating screen

1.In general, linear vibration screen is three-phase AC. Ensure power connection properly and there shouldn’t be conducting material. And users should use a professional electrical outlet of three-phase electric power. 

2. Engine base must be fixed firmly by bolts to ensure a same height both the front and rear support base. Keep inlet and outlet in the same level, otherwise it cannot reach ideal screening efficiency. 

3. Please inspect the flatness of sieve. Make sure that screen mesh can be installed properly on the engine base and keep the same horizontal. 

4. Please check whether all parts of linear vibrating screen are firm or not, all bolts must be tightened. 

5. Make sure that there is a 30-50mm gap between linear vibrating screen and surrounding fixtures and check clamps screws is tightened. 

6. Before turning on the linear vibrating screen, take transport support off firstly, and add support until vibration machine is running smoothly. 

7. Please pay much attention to the machine and observe material trajectory after having turned machine on. Based on the trajectory, please adjust screening status.
