Gyratory vibrating sieve is generally used for screening small granules, powders and other fine materials, such as urea, silicon carbide, activated carbon, quartz sand, salt, sugar, etc.

Structure features:

1. Gyratory vibrating sieve can be made 1 to 3 layers, and the mesh size can be provided on request.

2. Generally, the mesh material is made of stainless steel or can be selected according to customer’s requirements.

3. The screen is designed with self-cleaning device (bouncing balls) to prevent the phenomenon of blockage occurred in operation.

4. Overall structure of sieve can be engineered as open type or enclosed type.

5. The width of the screen surface can be designed from 1200mm to 2000mm, and the length of the screen surface can be designed from 3000mm to 4000mm or all of them can be non-standard design.
