Particle size of material, shape, water content, bulk density and other similar characters all called physical property of materials. 1.Please refer to installation drwawing to make concrete foundation before installing YA circular vibrating screen. Also please control plainness error within 3mm when foundation bolts or steel plate is embedded. 

2.It must inspect all springs after having installed the vibrating screen and make sure that every supporting position is under uniform stress. What’s more, please make sure that axis of motor should be lower axis of vibrator in 3-5mm.

3.Please make sure that all parts of vibrating screen should be connected firmly and all bolts should be fastened again before operating machine.

4.It can adjust exciting force by adjusting the intersection angle of eccentric block, thus it can adjust amplitude of vibrating screen.

5.Distance between vibrating screen and other obstacles should be more than 100mm.

1.It must inspect whether all fastening bolts are loose or not before operating YA circular vibrating screen.

1.What users do first before vibration platform is installed is that the foundation should be prepared.Also, the fixed bolts must be tight. 
2.It’s better to have a trial run for 3-5min and then stop it before all installation works have been done. After that, users should inspect all fixed bolts to confirm whether they are loose.
3.Users should usually inspect vibrator bearing and change lubricating oil at fixed period to let the vibrator bearing keep a better status.
Operation Specification

1.Before vibration platform is put into use, it should be no-load running for 3-5min for 2-3times and then it can be used officially.

Ultrasonic vibration sieve is equipped with a ultrasonic generator that can prevent blockage. Specially, it is suitable for screening light specific gravity materials or fine powder. Generally, ultrasonic screening system consists of oscillator, ultrasonic resonant power supply and resonance ring. The high-frequency vibration which is generated by ultrasonic resonant power supply will change into high-frequency longitudinal oscillation wave through oscillator. When putting rigid impeller feeder in tio use, it's important to add enough 00# lithium lubricating grease to it so that this machine can operate normally.Here we mainly introduce you that different parts should be added different lubrication.


Add sufficient 00# lithium lubricating grease to reducer of rigid impeller feeder,within 6-10 months of being put into use, the transmission and bearing parts of rotary valve should be replaced and the grease also need to be changed. If rotary valve works in a high ambient temperature, humid or too much air return, please shorten the time of changing the new grease.
During operation, please check the lubrication parts every month.

2. weight deviation of vibrator eccentric
Vibrator eccentric is to make the vibrating screen vibrate, its weight directly affects the vibrating amplitude value, if there is eccentric weight deviation, the vibration force will be scattered at running time, which is directly reflected on the screen body, and the amplitudes inconformity of each part, it will cause vibration sieve connection parts or welding joint cracking.

3. severe wear and deformation of outlet lining plate.
From wear condition of outlet side plate, soil and ore residue mixed and harden, during start-up and running processing, the vibrating screen vibrates and tamps constantly, soil becomes hardening and causes the soil and side plate striking.

4. crackle occurs on side plate and reinforcing rib crack, and the length is different.
Soil stuck seriously inside the outlet side plate, when vibrating screen works, soil compaction, and there will be a huge impact contact generated between vibrating screen and screen base frame. At the same time, it also seriously affects the linear motion of vibrating screen.

5. damping spring failure.
After using for a long time, the spring will occur permanent deformation due to the rubber aging or long-term stress which lead to the spring failure and vibrating amplitude inconformity of each part, causing the vibrating screen connection parts or welding joint cracking.

6. misalignment of eccentric plumb line and natural plumb line.
When install an exciter, after connecting the universal shaft coupling and exciter well, there will be misalignment of eccentric plumb line and natural plumb line due to the influence of the driving shaft torque which leads to eccentric rotation out of sync, and the inconformity of amplitude of vibrating screen each part, causing the vibrating screen connection parts or welding joint cracking.

1.before start-up of linear vibrating screen, we should first check whether the bolts of every part are fastened properly or not, the purpose of fastening bolt is to make the parts more consolidated and reduce the unnecessary extra vibration during operation.
2. add rubber sheet on screen side plate, inlet, outlet and hopper to effectively inhibit the high frequency vibration and reduce the radiated noise. But in the actual production process of rubber ,due to heat and pressure ,it will transform or damage. So please check and replace after using a certain period of time.
3. adopt small elastic modulus ,low impact noise polyurethane sieve plate or rubber sieve plate instead of the punching steel sieve plate , rubber spring instead of steel spring.

4. damping treatment between inside and outside of the bearing housing, bearing roller can be made out to hollow roller or add some damping materials in the interior of the hollow roller.
5. Adopt flexible wheel disk gears instead of steel gears, which using rubber elasticity of gear wheel disk to transfer the torque, absorbing the vibration caused by engaging-in and engaging-out of the gear.

Long-time sun exposure not only make the machine easy to get aging, but also cause the vibrating screen can not work normally due to the high temperature which will affect the screening efficiency and quality, it will even lead to a serious component damage, such as the damage of vibration motor.

For the indoor working condition or vibrating screen works in an ore processing plant, please pay attention to the adjustment of the indoor temperature, as well as the ventilation and the permeability, generally, a good working temperature is not more than 40 ℃.
